Peddycord Law is solely owned and operated by Shawn Peddycord, who is its beneficial owner. As the beneficial owner, Shawn Peddycord is the individual who ultimately owns, controls, and benefits from the firm's operations and income. Additionally, Shawn Peddycord serves as the sole member of the board of directors. This disclosure reflects our dedication to transparency and aligns with our core values of accountability and integrity.

Our Commitment to Community

With deep roots in San Diego, Peddycord Law is dedicated to fostering community growth and local economic vitality. Founder Shawn Peddycord currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors, a member of the Executive Committee, and a participant on the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Committee for the Moonlight Cultural Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building and engaging community through transformative arts experiences. The foundation provides philanthropic support for Moonlight Stage Productions and Moonlight Youth Theater's arts education programs, enriching the local cultural landscape.
